I’m very glad you posted this letter, WR. Months later, as you know Jean Mercer, Larry Sarner and I have been the target of libelous and defamatory postings to over 189 newsgroups as well as ads being run on Craigslist, Backpage and anywhere else they can think of, as well as blogs. Here is the latest one:

and if you check out the newsgroup alt.religion.scientology, there are a number of postings. Some of the regulars there are very upset with him.

Anyway, the reason I say I ‘m glad you posted the letter is that today, Federici e-mailed my Dean and told him all kinds of lies about me. Thankfully, I have this letter that shows intent, as well as all the ads that have been being run about me and I’m not in any kind of trouble at all. My Dean was very understanding about the whole issue.

@Linda: Federici really likes the phrase “Please get your checkbook out…” I think this is the third time I’ve seen him use it.
Yeah, well, he doesn’t strike one as the most creative thinker.

Agreed. If ol’ “3 feet” Federici takes this to court (assuming he can afford real, actual counsel), he’ll only be shooting himself in the foot. What a chump.

@lurker: Perhaps even he doesn’t believe his therapy is worth the crock it’s cooked up in.
